What it is
The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the body — and the most easily destabilised. Whether the issue is a torn rotator cuff that won't heal with rest, a frozen shoulder unresponsive to physiotherapy, recurrent dislocations or degenerative arthritis, the underlying principle is the same: identify the structural problem, then choose the smallest procedure that fully addresses it.
