These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "your" or the "User") and Osteon Orthopedic Hospital, operated by Dr. Harshal V Kalambe Patil, MBBS, MS Orthopaedics (MCI Registration 12/45565), with its place of business at Ground Floor, Shree Ganesh Ace Arcade, Opp. Mirchandani Palms, Kokane Chowk, Pimple Saudagar, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411027 ("we", "us", "our" or the "Hospital"). They govern your access to and use of the website at www.drharshalorthopedic.com (the "Website").

By accessing the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using the Website.

Please do not submit information about anyone else without their permission.

5. Booking and appointments

Submitting a contact form, enquiry or appointment request through the Website is a request, not a confirmed booking. An appointment is only confirmed once our team contacts you and assigns a date and time. Availability of specific dates, surgical slots or clinicians is not guaranteed. We may, in our discretion, reschedule appointments to manage emergencies or operational needs, and we will make reasonable efforts to inform you in advance.

6. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information published on the Website — clinical content, doctor profile, contact details, service pages and pricing references — is accurate and current. 10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of the Website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and in particular the State of Maharashtra. Subject to applicable law, you and we agree that the courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
